Thank you for shopping with us! At S.E.L.F. (STOIC) CIC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of “I Am the Shame” If you are not happy with your book, please read our refunds and returns policy below.
Returns
If you wish to return your copy of “I Am the Shame,” you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. The book must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned book, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Non-Refundable Services
Please note that any fees rendered for services provided, such as walk-and-talk therapy, coaching, workshops, and retreats, are non-refundable for missed appointments/participation/attendance. Deposits paid for services are also non-refundable, unless at the discretion of the senior director.
We do not offer refunds on:
- Digital downloads or eBooks (unless the product is faulty)
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made items
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your book arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
